At Farmer Gracy UK, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your new items aren't a perfect fit, you can return them to us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Log in to our online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Place the unworn clothing with all original tags attached into the original shipping bag or a secure alternative mailing box.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely tape it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Take your parcel to any authorized Royal Mail drop-off point and keep your receipt to track the progress of your return back to our warehouse.
